Booking Cancellations
We get it, plans change! In most cases, you can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 1 day before your activity. However, please check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your ticket for the detailed cancellation policy for your specific activity.
To cancel your booking:

You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation request has been completed.
NOTE: The ‘Cancel Booking’ option will not be available if your tour/activity is designated as ‘Non-Refundable’ as these reservations cannot be canceled or changed.
Tour cancellation conditions
Multi-day tours:
– Cancellation of tour from 30 – 45 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 20% of total tour price.
– Tour cancellation from 16 – 29 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 50% of total tour price.
– Tour cancellation from 01 – 15 days before departure date: Tour cancellation fee is 100% of total tour price.
– Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Full-day or half-day tours:
For free-cancellation tour options:
Up to 24 hours before the beginning of the activity: full refund.
Less than 24 hours before the beginning of the activity or no-show: no refund.
For non-refundable tour options
Sales are final and cancellations will be subject to approval under exceptional circumstances.
Travelers who cancel a booking of more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund from MyVietTrip.
Refund requests
If you cancel your booking within the cancellation policy, your refund will be automatically processed via the same payment method you used to book the activity. You should see it in your account within 7-10 business days.
If your booking doesn’t go as planned or you are unhappy with your experience and would like to request a refund, please use the form below to tell us the reason(s) for this. These refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In the unlikely event that MyVietTrip need to cancel your booking, you are always entitled to a full refund. If you’ve received a cancellation confirmation email from us, your refund will be automatically processed via the same payment method you used to book the activity. You should see it in your account within 7-10 business days.
